CERN

At CERN, we probe the fundamental structure of the particles that make up everything around us.
We do so using the world’s largest and most complex scientific instruments.

ML with ORDS to predict EV kWh consumption

This is a fun workshop where we use Machine Learning trained with data collected from a BMW EV, to predict 📈 KWh consumption based on ⏱️ speed and 🌡️ temperature. We will integrate an Arduino Microcontroller with a sensor to a database via Oralce REST (ORDS) APIs. We present the EV consumption predictions on tiny cool mobile app, using ORDS via the ML service.

mLogica Migration Team

“The MongoDB API (ships with ORDS) enables a ‘lower effort migration’ as the Oracle Database is MongoDB wire protocol compatible and natively understands MongoDB commands…”
